Compare the full meal price, your contribution and delivery charges. A listed copayment is a starting point for a conversation with your provider.
Ask for an itemised quote
- Food and ingredients: how much will you personally pay for each meal?
- Preparation and delivery: which amounts are proposed for funding, and has the arrangement been confirmed?
- Your weekly total: include minimum orders, delivery fees and any subscription conditions.
- Invoices and changes: who pays each amount, when is payment due, and what happens if you cancel?

Check that the provider is NDIS registered and confirm how approved supports and your personal contribution will be billed.
